2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Shipping Carrier: All international orders are shipped using BG Post. Orders from Bulgaria are shipped via Speedy.
- Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within up to 7 business days from the date of purchase. We will aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Delivery Time: Deliveries in Bulgaria usually arrive 1-2 days after the order has been processed. For international orders shipped via BG Post the shipping time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 14 days depending on the country. You will receive a tracking number for your order, so you can track it every step of the way.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 25 EUR.
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs for orders below 25 EUR will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- International Shipping: We ship globally, and international shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the national postal service or the relevant carrier.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival at the destination. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
