The Site is operated by Convert LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Availability
- We offer handmade jewelry products for sale on our Site. Each product is described as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors, designs, or sizes are exactly as they appear on your screen.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Order Process
- You can place an order by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, and your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in EUR or the custom currency based on your region and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment must be received before we process your order.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders international orders are shipped using the Bulgarian National Post (BG Post).
- Orders from Bulgaria are shipped via Speedy.
- Order processing can take up to 7 business days, but we will try to ship your order as soon as possible.
- We offer free shipping on international orders over 150 EUR.
- You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
