1. Does Ray ship to my country?
We ship globally! No matter where you are, we’ll get your jewelry to you. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to process all orders within up to 7 business days. We’ll do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
3. How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping is available on orders over 25 EUR.
- For orders under 25 EUR, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
4. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
5. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are securely processed in EUR or a custom currency based on your region.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, as long as it’s in its original condition. Exchange shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
8. How do I start an exchange?
Simply contact us at orders@rayjewelry.eu with your order number and reason for exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please email us at support@rayjewelry.eu with photos of the damaged item and packaging. You could be eligible for a full or partial refund or new product depending on your case. Please note that we handle each case individually!
10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rayjewelry.eu. If your order hasn’t been processed and shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
11. What types of materials does Ray Jewelry use?
All Ray Jewelry pieces are crafted with durable stainless steel, which is water-resistant, sweat-resistant, and tarnish-resistant — perfect for everyday wear. We also use natural stones, freshwater pearls, and glass beads, all carefully selected for their lasting beauty. Our materials are chosen to be natural, yet stand up to daily life, including exposure to water and sweat, all while maintaining their shine and integrity.
12. How should I care for my Ray Jewelry pieces?
Our jewelry is designed to handle daily life, but a little extra care keeps it looking its best. You can shower, swim, or exercise while wearing your Ray Jewelry thanks to our waterproof stainless steel and durable stones. However, to preserve the natural beauty of stones and pearls, we recommend:
- Rinsing your jewelry with clean water after swimming (especially in pools or saltwater).
- Gently drying pieces with a soft cloth.
- Storing jewelry in a dry place when not wearing it to avoid unnecessary scratching.
- To maintain the shape of your beaded bracelets and necklaces, avoid sharp bends.
- When storing, gently roll into a circle rather than folding — this keeps the stainless steel cord looking its best.

13. Can I wear my Ray Jewelry in the sea, ocean or pool?
Yes! Our stainless steel jewelry is waterproof and can be worn while swimming in pools, oceans, seas and showers. However, for natural stones and freshwater pearls, we recommend rinsing your jewelry with fresh water afterward and gently drying it with a soft cloth. This helps prevent any buildup from chlorine or salt, which could dull the natural finish over time.
14. Is it safe to spray perfume or lotions while wearing Ray Jewelry?
While our stainless steel is highly durable and resistant to tarnish, we recommend applying perfumes, lotions, and sprays before putting on your jewelry. Natural stones and freshwater pearls are more delicate and can lose their luster if exposed repeatedly to chemicals. Giving your jewelry a little protection from harsh products will help keep it looking radiant for longer.
15. Is Ray Jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! Our stainless steel jewelry is generally hypoallergenic and safe for most sensitive skin. We choose high-quality materials that are nickel-free or have extremely low nickel content, reducing the risk of irritation or allergic reactions.
