- To keep beaded bracelets and necklaces in shape, avoid sharp bends.
- When storing, gently roll your beaded bracelets and necklaces into a circle rather than folding them — this helps keep the stainless steel cord in shape.
- Over time, your jewelry can naturally collect everyday oils and dirt—that’s just part of wearing it. A quick clean with a damp microfiber cloth helps keep your Ray pieces looking fresh.

Bulgaria: 2 – 5 business days
International: 7 – 10 business days
Please keep in mind that if you order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, we’ll likely start processing your order on Monday at the earliest. For orders outside of Bulgaria, the shipping time may vary depending on your country. Most international orders arrive within 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order, so you can track it every step of the way. Tracking details can appear 24–72 hours after you receive your tracking number.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
