1. Keep your thumb tucked in close to the rest of your hand, as if you’re about to slide it through a bracelet.
2. Measure across your palm, from the outer edge of your hand.
3. This measurement is your Palm Width — the part of your hand that needs to fit through the bracelet’s opening.

For orders outside of Bulgaria, the shipping time may vary depending on your country. Most international orders arrive within 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order, so you can track it every step of the way. Tracking details can appear 24–72 hours after you receive your tracking number.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
